Construction
Flexible payment plan.
According to the progress of the work, I pay 40%, certified by the developer.

Delivery
Deed signing and key handover.
Full lease management available.
Final payment (30%).

Documents to formalize your purchase:

Sworn statement of income.

Bank recommendation letter.

Tax registration (RNC) with the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).
